Tina Stephens is the vice president of branch administration, overseeing the bank’s six branches. She started with Fulton Savings Bank in 2022, but has been in the banking business since 1996, when she began as a teller with the one-time Marine Midland Bank, which became HSBC. While there she said she got involved in as many facets of the business as she could — investments, operations, administration, branch management and brokerage.
“Things kept evolving, doors opened and I saw opportunities,” she said.
She sees her role in banking as a means to help people, “helping them to plan for the future,” she said.
