Pathfinder Banks Announces Personnel Changes

Joseph Pedrotti

Joseph Pedrotti has been hired as vice president, senior commercial lender.

Pedrotti brings over four decades of banking experience, having most recently held the title of vice president, business banking officer at Citizens Bank’s Syracuse location. Before his time at Citizens Bank, Pedrotti held several positions at Syracuse-based financial institutions, including Community Bank, Key Bank and M&T Bank.

Pedrotti is a graduate of Columbia College and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration. He resides in Fairmount.

 

 

 

Lisa Kimball

Lisa Kimball has rejoined Pathfinder Bank as first vice president, audit manager.

In this role, Kimball will oversee all internal and outsourced audit-related activities and provide the bank with objective, independent and reliable assessments of its risk management activities, compliance with applicable regulations, and internal control environment.

Kimball returns to Pathfinder Bank after two years serving as chief financial officer and, most recently, chief executive officer at Oswego Teachers Federal Credit Union. Kimball began her career with Pathfinder Bank in 1998 as an assistant auditor. She has since held several key positions within the bank, including internal auditor and internal audit manager. Prior to her departure in 2021, Kimball served as first vice president, controller.

Kimball is a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Kimball serves on the Leadership of Oswego County advisory council in her spare time. Kimball resides in Oswego.

 

 

 

John Andrews

John Andrews has been named treasury management officer.

In his new role, Andrews will collaborate with internal departments to identify and secure new deposit and cash management opportunities. In addition, he will be responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships by providing tailored treasury solutions that meet each customer’s unique financial needs and objectives.

Prior to this new role, Andrews held the title of assistant vice president, bank manager at Pathfinder Bank’s Central Square location since 2014. Before his time at Pathfinder, Andrews worked as an assistant branch manager at M&T Bank and premier relationship manager for HSBC Bank.

Andrews is a graduate of the SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry and holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture. In his spare time, Andrews serves as a Fort Brewerton Greater Oneida Lake Chamber of Commerce board member. He enjoys watching sports, cooking, and camping in the Adirondacks. Andrews lives in East Syracuse.
